    Recruitment/ . For Full and Part-Time Instructional Employees. Starting in the 2025-2026 School Year!

    Beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, routine full-time and part-time training staff members will get a yearly wage supplement of no less than $4,500.00, in accordance with conditions stated in the SJEA Memorandum of Understanding.

    The funds booked for the educational unit will be paid to staff members within the educational bargaining system in referendum supplements as follows:

    - Years 0-5: $4,500 (Flat Rate).
    - Years 6-10: $5,172.00.
    - Years 11-15: $6,206.00.
    - Years: 16-20: $7,241.00.
    - Years 21+: $8,275.00.
  • Regular full-time employees as specified by Article 1 (E) will receive the full worked out quantity.
    - Regular part-time staff members will get half of the full-time employee amount.
    - Employees holding "Part-time As Needed" positions are not qualified for this supplement.
    - The wage supplement will be paid in installations within the worker's regularly scheduled paycheck throughout the list below academic year: 2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029.
    Additional requirements use.

    Recruitment/ Retention Supplement. For Full and Part-Time Support Employees. Starting in the 2025-2026 School Year!

    Beginning with the 2025-26 school year, regular full-time and part-time Administrative, Managerial & Confidential employees will get a yearly wage supplement as follows:

    - Full-Time: $6,000 (Flat Rate).
    - Part-Time: $3,000 (Flat Rate).
    Supplement terms consist of the following:

    - Regular full-time staff members are specified as working 25 hours per week or higher and shall get the full supplement amount.
    - Regular part-time staff members are specified as working less than 25 hours weekly and shall receive half of the full-time supplement amount.
    - Employees holding Part Time As Needed positions are not eligible for this supplement.
    - The wage supplement will be paid in installments within the worker's frequently set up income during the following school years: 2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029.

    Interview Process

    - Once a vacancy has actually closed, the hiring manager will get a list of qualified applicants.
